The development included the design, detail and construction of a 3,800m², 3 storey steel framed medical centre and separate pharmacy linked by a glazed atrium. The building was constructed on a sloping site and incorporated piled substructure, basement over half the footprint and retaining walls. The building was delivered to program and budget.
