The Challenge

Due to continued growth and success over 26 years, by 2016 it was becoming apparent that to maintain growth levels that GGP Consult needed a new and larger base of operations. Whilst originally being based at Priory Park West, in Hessle, East Yorkshire, a plot of land was identified on Priory Park East (our current Hull base) that could be developed to provide the Company with the space required to maintain our growth pattern into the near future. However, due consideration had to be given to flooding risk from the nearby Humber Estuary.

The Solution

GGP therefore set about designing and project managing the construction of our new offices using our in-house Multi-Disciplinary expertise.

The Result

The design of building has been raised up to overcome Planning Flood Risk conditions and thus creates a very modern form. The striking colour scheme put forward reflects and maintains our corporate identity. GGP are proud in our achievements, and we feel our Hull Offices exemplify our pride and ability.

GGP Consult Limited now also have offices in York, North Yorkshire.
