Advanced Engineering – New Engineering Facility

The Challenge

Due to demand and increased success in their field, My Energi Ltd. had outgrown their original base of operations in North Lincs. Therefore, after Planning Permission was granted via a scheme put forward by local Lincolnshire Architects, the project was Tendered via a Design and Build Procurement route. 

The Solution

Being true to our Tradition of supporting local Main Contractors, GGP Consult Ltd were asked to provide Multi-Disciplinary design support to Geo Houlton and Sons, Hull. Main Contractors for the construction of the Phase 1 works.  

After the success of Phase 1, GGP Consult Architects have been employed by Ashcourt Group, Hull (Ashcourt Construction) this providing technical design services for the delivery of the Phase 2 works which involves a large new manufacturing facility. 

The Result

The Phase 2 works are due to complete in 2023.
